Alyson Noël

Como ya les había dicho anteriormente sobre el nombre de mi blog :p me animé a hacer una entrada sobre Alyson Noël.
Alyson Noël es una escritora estadounidense de Orange County, California.  Decidió ser escritora después de leer “Are you there God? It’s me, Margaret (Estás ahí Dios? Soy yo, Margaret) de Judy Blume en sexto grado. Su primer libro fue “Faking 19” que es una novela del género young-adult.  Luego escribió otras novelas tales como: “Cruel Summer”,  “Saving Zoë”, “Kiss & Blog”, “Art Geeks and Prom Queens”, “Laguna Cove” y “Fly Me to the Moon”. Ha vendido más de 3 millones de copias en Estados Unidos, sus libros han sido publicados en 35 países y ha ganado diferentes premios tales como: The National Reader's Choice Award, NYLA Book of Winter Award, NYPL Stuff for the Teenage, TeenReads Best Books of 2007, Reviewer's Choice 2007 Top Ten, escogida por la CBS Early Show's "Give the Gift of Reading", y seleccionada por la revista Seventeen como"Hot List" y Beach Book Club Pick.
Pero no fue hasta que escribió los libros de la Saga de Inmortales (The Immortal Series) que se dio a conocer. Esta saga tiene 6 libros que son:

• Evermore (Eternidad) El único de la saga que se ha traducido al español.
• Blue Moon (Luna Azul)
• Shadowland
• Dark Flame
• Night Star, A la venta desde el 16 de noviembre
• El sexto todavía no tiene nombre

Actualmente vive en Laguna Beach, California y está escribiendo otra saga que es sobre Riley, la hermana muerta de Ever que sale en la The Immortals series. El primer libro se llama “Radiance”  y saldrá a la venta el 31 de agosto de este año. Recientemente firmó un contrato con la editora St. Martin’s Griffin para escribir una nueva saga de 4 libros llamada “The Soul Seeker’s”.

Alyson Noël is an american author writing, she born  and raised in Ocean County, California.  She was inspired to become an author after reading Are You There God? It's Me, Maragret by Judy Blume in the sixth grade. Her first book was the young-adult novel Faking 19. She also wrote: “Cruel Summer”,  “Saving Zoë”, “Kiss & Blog”, “Art Geeks and Prom Queens”, “Laguna Cove” y “Fly Me to the Moon”. Actually she lives in Laguna Beach, California and now she’s writing a new Immortals spin-off series called The Riley Series with Riley, ever’s dead sister. The first book is “Radiance” and is to be realease on August, 31, 2010. Recently Alyson has signed a new four-book contract with St. Martin’s Griffin imprint. The series is“The soul seeker’s”.
